Look2Innovate builds and rents professional audio guides used by millions of visitors at museums and exhibitions worldwide. This is a hands-on, get-stuff-done role where accuracy, reliability, and ownership matter in a small, tight-knit team.

What we're looking for

  • Fluent in French and English, written and spoken
  • Genuinely good with office software and curious about new tools
  • Organised and precise, with strong attention to detail
  • Able to work autonomously and take responsibility for your own dossiers
  • Discreet with confidential business and client information
  • Flexible on scope, not on quality

What you'll do

Own rental project administration from contract signature to equipment return, including stock planning and client follow-up. Encode contracts, quotes, and delivery orders in our commercial software. Manage supplier and client documents, flag discrepancies, and support coordination with hardware and manufacturing suppliers, including order tracking and delivery follow-up. Support the accounting team with payment tracking and expense verification. Handle after-sales and returns administration. Help coordinate parcel shipments with the wider team.
